Learning Attitude : "Mere Do Anmol Ratan"

This blog is regarding Learning attitude. And this is written by our boss Vikas Shinde (CEO of Vibrantminds Technologies, Pune). After completion of my graduation me and my friend Priya came to Pune. And started working in Vibrantmindstech, Pune.
Vibrantmindstech is a best placement & recruitment company in Pune. From 1st July 2017 to 3rd September 2019 I was worked there. & Priya is still working there
Let see what was our Vikas sir talked about me & my Friend Priya.
Today ,we will talk about learning attitude... why this is important? what do you mean by learning attitude? how it is beneficial ?
I would like to tell you a story- one day in my office I was conducting interviews for different positions. It was a direct Walk-in drive arranged at our office.
There were two girls who came together since it was late I called them together for interview . I ask them how did you came to know about my company job? Walk-in drive? etc etc. They said they just got a message and they thought to check. I said OK and I asked them "what skills you are having ? do you have good communication skills? this is no when I asked do you have good computer skills?" they said "NO" then I ask do you know any programming language or technical subjects or any other technology knowledge ? they said NO.
so figuring out that these questions will not be helpful so I asked them straightly so what kind of job you are looking then they said: "we are here to do a job but we are not sure what needs to be done but we are interested to learn if you will give a chance"
Generally All students when they appear for interview they say sir give a chance and we will try to improve but they doesn't look convincing and this girls were looking convincing at that time.
I thought that both of these girls main learn and I give them a chance.
Day by day they started working on different activities at my office and every time they learn something new. Never said that we cannot do this we cannot do that and it it is not possible something like this but always they said that ok will try our best and they tried well.
And now it's been 2 years they are working with our company and day by day growing in terms of Knowledge expertise and dedication. Their names are Vinaya and Priya. I mention them as "Mere do Anmol Ratan".

They handle almost 90% of all operations and execution also all events planning and execution is handled by both of them. And now they are most valuable assets of organization. And still day by day they tried to learn something new and experiment it and implement.
Fortunately that decision was correct and the investment made that time has given good returns to organization.
So even if you don't have any skills but if you have learning attitude you can achieve something in your life like these two girls.
That's why this is very important that you should have learning attitude. Everyday tech
