Lotus Business School has given me that opportunity, Industrial Visit to Dolphin Industries, Pune on 18th Sept 2019 at Pune.

We, all students from First Year of MBA were excited to visit Dolphin Iindusties.

We started our journey by afternoon and reached to Bhosari MIDC area . In Bhsoari MIDC Area in Pune Dolphin Industries - One the leading Manufacturing company in Pune. Dolhpin Industries is located At No: 812, Pawarwasti, KudalWadi, Chikhali, Pune .

Dolphin Industries is engaged in Manufacturing & Supply of Sheet Metal Pressed Components & Fabricated Assemblies For -
- Cars Industries
- Commercial Vehicles Industries
- Trucks & Tractors Industries
- Industrial Application Parts
- Other Engineering Applications.

In this company approximately 100 to 120 workers work everyday. They do work around 8 to 12 hrs. Everyday they do there work by standing. They don't get enough break while working.

When we visit this esteemed company from Pune , we were welcomed by Mr. Kiran Kalyan Gadsing ( Director ). Mr. Kiran Gadsing is very good person who has shared his knowledge/ Experiences with us. Mr. Kiran K. Gadsing guides us through company and explained in details how company functions actually. He explained starting from how raw material comes in and how its gets processed through various machines
